Corrugated aluminum is an aluminum sheet that’s roll formed into a panels that have a wavy and round appearance. It’s used in roofing, fencing, and siding applications. Corrugated aluminum siding and roofing panels are lightweight and corrosion resistant. Aluminum is a better choice versus metal in climates that have heavy rainfall or are located along the coast. The main disadvantage of corrugated aluminum is the price tag. Aluminum will cost 20-30% more than corrugated metal.

Corrugated aluminum siding and roofing are both exposed fastener panel systems, meaning that each fastener is visible on the panel’s surface. These corrugated metal panels are then attached to the roof with stainless screws that are painted to match the color of the corrugated metal roofing panels.

Our standard Polyvinylidene Difluoride (PVDF), has a chemical composition that gives it high mechanical strength and superior abrasion resistance. The tough engineering thermoplastic has increased durability, excellent chemical resistance to halogen and acids that can cause degradation. The surface of PVDF panels is able to handle high temperatures and extensive ultraviolet ray exposure while resisting fading and chalking for longer than SMP painted panels.
By using aluminum roofing and siding panels in PVDF paint, you will have vibrant and attractive painted aluminum panels for longer than any other paint system.
